But in reality we now deal with a variety of customers who want to concentrate on their core business and not have to worry about power. Often it is simply not good enough to supply the generator and offer nothing else. What about the design, the rating, installation, commissioning and then servicing, trouble shooting, fueling and any future upgrade on power or configuration?

What if you want to introduce remote monitoring or change the telemetry? What if you simply want one price,one annual budget sum and no headaches? Well, the TCC product is one of CUSTOMER care. We discuss what you want and the level of service that you need. We analyse your future needs and the degree of flexibility you need. Then we price and proceed. But,we can change as your needs change.

Is it expensive? Well, suprisingly not and this is due mainly to the range of products and wealth of technical expertise that the company has. HGI already install sets from Swindon to Sakholin. HGI already supervise and service hundreds of generators throughout the whole of the UK. We already supply a vast range of models made by us in a variety of markets. HGI have control over their products and their parts and their staff to deal with them.

Will we be around to keep our promises? So far the company has been making sets for 25 years and as part of a multi billion pound plc we will be around for another 25 years.
