The devastation and misery that hurricanes bring, can only be compared to that of the flooding over the last few years. No nice words of condolence can bring back treasured belongings and restore a home.

But we can do our little bit and so with pleasure we reprint an E-mail recieved from Bernard in West Sussex.

"You will not remember me, but I remember you. In 1987,  I travelled up to you with my brother on a filthy, wet Wednesday aftenoon and we bought two generators from you after the hurricane. We had been without power for over 10 days. I still have it, as does my brother and they both still work. You could not at that time buy a generator for love nor money in the South of England. Thank you very much. Regards Bernard Wiggins."

Interestingly the priced Bernard paid was £249 for the genuine Honda powered set. Over 20 years this has largly remained unchanged. Excellent value,excellent product and designed for a life time of use.
